Community Church Aberkenfig works in partnership with Bridgend Food bank to offer a Trussell Trust Satellite collection point.

People who find themselves in crisis situations are given a 3-day emergency supply of food. 

Food is only available when a voucher is presented. A wide range of care professionals such as doctors, teachers, health visitors and social workers identify people in crisis and are able to give food bank vouchers to access the emergency food.

On Thursday morning's people with vouchers are welcome to collect their food and are offered a friendly, non-judgmental service.
